Our Story

It all started with an idea—and a Big Green Egg. What began as a backyard experiment quickly turned into a full-blown obsession. From local cookouts to KCBS competitions, we found ourselves traveling far and wide, chasing flavor and collecting memories with some of the greatest people in the BBQ world.

That fire didn’t stop there. We took the leap into the world of SCA Steak Competitions, adding even more trophies—and lessons—to our journey. It’s been a wild, fun, and yes, incredibly rewarding ride.
